Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of payments and expenditures.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintain historical records.
  • Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
  • Analyze accounts and generate  monthly reports.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in AP process.
  • Strong accounting fundamentals.
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

  • Experience in Software like QuickBooks, Bill.com etc.

US Accounting Process; 3+ Years of Experience; QuickBooks

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledger, record cash receipts and other transactions.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts periodically.
  • Process Accounts Payables timely and accurately.
  • Process and Support month-end closing activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Commerce
  • 3+ Years of Experience with strong accounting principles
  • Good written & verbal English communication
  • Experience in Software’s like QuickBooks, Sage and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Good analytical & logical reasoning skills; an eye for details
  • Ability to work in Mid-shift / Nightshift

US F&A Process; 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Financial Reports – P&L Account, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement.
  • Generate MIS Reports – AR Aging Analysis, AP Aging Analysis, Custom Reports.
  • Perform Financial Reviews – Variance Analysis, Comparative Analysis, Trend Analysis, Breakeven Analysis, AR/AP Aging.
  • Present Budget Analysis - Budget vs Actuals. Available vs Utilized Budget.
  • Determine and Present Finance KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

  • CA / CA Inter / ICWA / MBA / Master's Degree in Commerce
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Fluent English.

3+ Years of Experience in Front End Development

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JS Frameworks. 
  • Understanding of key design principles.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Understanding of server-side CSS.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Candidate Profile:

  • Min 2 + years of experience in HTML5,CSS3,Javascript and W3C standards.
  • Should ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX design.
  • Should be work in any of the JavaScript frameworks - React JS, Angular JS
  • Must have strong understanding in REST API integration (JSON concepts).

Windows Admin; 3+ Years of Experience; Work in Shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable technology solutions to meet mission needs
  • Create documentation to include flowcharts, diagrams, manuals and any other required or requested deliverables.
  • Perform automation tasks through scripting and testing
  • Evaluate alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems; resolve highly complex multi-domain systems issues.

Candidate Profile:

  • Break/Fix, Provisioning & Decom, Patching, Migrations, Documentation
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving system OS, software, and performance issues

4+ Years of Experience in DBA; Work during US Time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, configuration and upgradation of Database on all environments.
  • Implement distributed queuing on various platforms and clustering mechanism to reduce the administrative tasks.
    Work on triggering on both channel and application triggering by configuring channel initiators and trigger monitors.
  • Manage database objects like tablespace, user, table, Index, roles, privileges, profiles, DB Links, materialized views, partitioning, synonyms, sequences, views and indexes and other database objects etc...
  • Create physical/logical standby database and performing switch-over and fail-over.
  • Drive performance & tuning, monitoring the performance using tools.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4 + years of experience is SQL DBA with the versions 2005 / 2008 / 2008R2 / 2012 / 2014 / 2016 / 2017.
  • Experience in installation, configuration and Patch up-gradation administration on SQL Server.
  • Proficient in implementing and monitoring Log-Shipping as a high availability solution Ability to install, configure on SQL DBA Clustering and fix support packs on all OS platforms.
  • Experience in configuring Reporting service for report data collection
  • Demonstrated ability to implement High Availability, Work Load Management and Fail Over, Disaster recovery and performance tuning.
  • Experience in Always on and Clustering is desirable.
